BEFORE THE PIECE LEAVES SHENZHEN · AURYI FINAL INSPECTION

The final review is part of the service.

Finished jewelry is sent to AURYI's Shenzhen office for an item-by-item final inspection before delivery.

We check the piece against the agreed project details, with attention to the parts that matter for that item.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Clarity from
the first conversation.

You do not need a complete design before starting. Begin with the details you already know.

Do I need a complete design before starting?

No. You can begin with an idea, reference or specification. AURYI helps clarify what is known and what needs a decision.

What details should I share when I inquire?

Share what you know so far: the type of piece, any reference or specifications, preferred materials or stones, expected quantity and target timing. You can start with partial information; AURYI can help identify the next decisions.

How is a project quote prepared?

Pricing depends on the piece, materials, construction, quantity and any sample requirements. AURYI clarifies the brief and checks relevant material and partner details before confirming a project quote.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

AURYI can coordinate some single-piece orders, one-off samples and small batches. Minimums depend on the item and production partner; share your target quantity so feasibility can be checked.

Can I review a sample before production?

When CAD is required, you approve it before sampling. If the project includes a physical sample, you review and approve it with the agreed specifications before production. The sequence is confirmed for each brief.

How long do sampling and production take?

Timing depends on the design, materials, approval steps and partner schedule. A project-specific estimate is confirmed after the brief and requirements are reviewed.

Does AURYI make every piece in-house?

No. Specialist partner factories handle production. AURYI coordinates the project and carries out final inspection at its Shenzhen office.

Can you arrange certificates or third-party testing?

If a project needs supporting documents or external testing, AURYI can discuss options for the specific item and material. Availability depends on the partner and laboratory; AURYI does not issue certificates itself.

How are delivery and import duties handled?

AURYI coordinates delivery after final inspection. Shipping options, destination requirements, duties and taxes are confirmed for each project and may vary by destination and agreed terms.

Can AURYI work with businesses and individuals?

Yes. Business projects and personal custom work are both supported, with the service shaped around each brief.

How are project details kept confidential?

Before sharing sensitive design files, discuss confidentiality terms with AURYI. Customer designs are not published without permission.
